        Separate sealed tenders are invited from registered experienced Contractors for following works.

TENDER TERMS AND CONDITION: -

     1.    Tender fee is non refundable.

     2.    Last date of receipt of tender by RPAD only 19/08/2019 up to 18.00 hrs.

     3.    Date of opening of tender (Tender fee, EMD Cover/Technical bid) 20/08/2019 at 12.00 hrs. If possible.

     4.    This office will not be responsible for postal delay on either way.

     5.    No tender will be considered without EMD Amount of EMD is to be paid either by cash

             of by A/c payee D.D of any schedule Bank payable  D.D. should be drawn in favour

            of Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. Amount of E.M.D. will not be accepted by cheque

            and such tender will be rejected.
