TENDER TERMS AND CONDITION: -

     1.    Tender fee is non refundable.

     2.    The tender copy downloaded by tenderer has also to pay tender fee on or

             before last date of issue / online submission of tender i.e.29/07/2019  Up to 18.00 Hrs.

     3.    Last date of payment of EMD 29/07/2019 up to 18.00 hrs.

     4.    Last date of receipt of tender by RPAD only 31/07/2019 up to 18.00 hrs.

     5.    Date of opening of tender (Tender fee, EMD Cover/Technical bid) 01/08/2019 at 12.00 hrs. If possible.

     6.    Date of opening of tender (Price bid) 06/08/2019 at 12.00 hrs. If possible.

     7.    This office will not be responsible for postal delay on either way.

     8.    No tender will be considered without EMD Amount of EMD is to be paid either by cash

            of by A/c payee D.D of any schedule Bank payable  D.D. should be drawn in favour

            of Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. Amount of E.M.D. will not be accepted by cheque

            and such tender will be rejected.
