‘’ Since the tender in respect of this LOA/A/T was floated under Pre GST Regime,
this LOA/ A/T is issued considering Pre GST (Old Tax structure), the supplier has to
provide the details of ITC claimed / available under GST for supply of items under
this LOA / A/T duly certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant. The content,
manner and format of submission of ITC details will be intimated to the Supplier
in due course of time. The 20% payment of supply along with GST after adjusting
the quantum of ITC shall be made against SR Note and on receipt of details of
ITC in the prescribed format duly certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant.’’

Tender Papers & specifications May be down loaded from UGVCL web site www.ugvcl.com (for view & down load only). Tender fee may be paid along with submission of tender in EMD cover, for respective tender. All the relevant documents of tenders to be submitted physically will be received only by Register post A.D. TENDER TERMS AND CONDITION:
1. Tender fee is nonrefundable.
2. Last date of receipt of tender (With Tedner fee & EMD DD) by RPAD/Speed Post only 10-07-2017 up to 15.00 hrs .
3. Date of opening of tender Date: 11-07-2017 at 16.00 hrs. If possible.
4. This office will not be responsible for postal delay on either way.

6. No tender will be considered without EMD Amount of EMD is to be paid either by cash of by A/c payee D.D of any schedule Bank payable D.D. should be drawn in favour of Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. Amount of E.M.D. will not be accepted by cheque and such tender will be rejected.
7. Please mention the description of tender on envelope.
8. Undersigned reserves the right to accept OR reject any OR all tenders without assigning any reasons.
9. Copy of Proof of Supply/Works Experience and PAN No. must be attached with Tender Copy.
IMPORTANT:
(a) All the relevant documents as per requirement of the Tender also to be submitted physically along with the Tender Fee, EMD cover in sealed cover on OR before due date and time. All such documents should be strictly submitted by RPAD/speed post only. Otherwise the offer will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained.
(b) Any deviation found in Data/Details/Documents between on line offer (e-tendering) and physically submitted documents (Tender document fee, EMD, Vender Registration, Technical and commercial documents etc.) of bidder, offer of the same bidder will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained.
Further bidders are requested to submit price bid (Schedule B) on-line only and not to submit the price bid in physical from. This is mandatory. If price bid submitted in physical from, same will not be opened and only on-line submitted price bid will be considered for evaluation.
