The Chief Engineer (P&P) - Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL) invites bids through UGVCL & GPRD Website for Expression of Interest for Empanelment of Learned Advocates / Advocates Firms (IP Firms) for Intellectual Property (IP) rights & related matters of GPRD Cell, GUVNL, Gandhinagar & GUVNL’s subsidiary Companies / clients. Tender Papers & Specifications may be down loaded from Web site www.ugvcl.com & www.gprd.in (For view and down load only). Tender fee may be paid along with submission of tender in EMD cover, for respective tender. “All the relevant documents of tenders to be submitted physically will be received only by Registered Post A.D. or Speed Post addressed to The Chief Engineer (P&P), UTTAR GUJARAT VIJ COMPANY LTD., Corporate Office, Visnagar Road, Mehsana : 384 001 (NG).  “NO COURIER SERVICE OR HAND DELIVERY” will be allowed

The prospective bidders should adhere to deadlines specified above.

Every bidder has to inform their GSTIN No. at the time of payment of applicable fees.

IMPORTANT:

UGVCL invites expression of interest from the Advocates/Advocates Firms (IP Firms), law firm / associates /Company, Advocate, Patent & Trademarks Attorneys dealing in filing and prosecution of Intellectual Property Right (IPR) matters, for empanelment for the GPRD Cell, GUVNL, Gandhinagar & GUVNL’s subsidiary Companies / clients. The selection and empanelment of the IP firm will be based on an internal evaluation process. UGVCL reserves the right to shortlist firms at any point of assessment of their credentials for the empanelment. The advertisement does not constitute and shall not be deemed to constitute any commitment on the part of UGVCL or GPRD Cell for the empanelment. UGVCL reserves the right to reject any EOI if it is not in the given format, at any time, a material mis - representation is made or uncovered, or the IP firm does not respond promptly and thoroughly to request for supplementary information required for the evaluation of the EOI.

Interested Advocates/Advocate Firms, law firm / associates /Company, Advocate, Patent & Trademarks Attorneys fulfilling the eligibility criteria may submit the EOI in the given format in a sealed envelope within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.

(a) All the relevant documents as per requirement of the Tender also to be submitted physically along with the Tender Fee, EMD cover  in sealed cover on OR before due date and time. All such documents should be strictly submitted by RPAD/speed post only. Otherwise the offer will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained.

(b)Any deviation found in Data/Details/Documents between in physically submitted documents (Tender document fee, EMD, Technical and commercial documents etc.) of bidder, offer of the same bidder will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained.

Further bidders are requested to submit price – bid (Schedule – B) in separate envelope only. This is mandatory. If price bid is submitted in technical / tender fee envelope, the bid will be rejected.

Note: - Bidders should be in touch with websites www.ugvcl.com and www.gprd.in for information regarding revision / corrigendum / Amendment in tender till due date of submission and thereafter. No separate information shall be sent in this regards and also not publish in newspaper.

Any technical questions, information & clarification that may be required pertaining to this inquiry should be referred:

UGVCL reserves the right to reject any OR all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
