TENDER TERMS AND CONDITION: -
1. Tender fee is non refundable.
2. The tender copy downloaded by tenderer has also to pay tender fee on or
before last date of issue / online submission of tender i.e.28 /03/2018 Up to 18.00 Hrs.
3. Last date of payment of EMD 28/03/2018 up to 18.00 hrs.
4. Last date of receipt of tender by RPAD only 31/03/2018 up to 15.00 hrs.
5. Date of opening of tender 02/04/2018 at 15.00 hrs. If possible.
6. Date of opening of tender 03/04/2018 at 15.00 hrs. If possible.
7. This office will not be responsible for postal delay on either way.
8. No tender will be considered without EMD Amount of EMD is to be paid either by cash
of by A/c payee D.D of any schedule Bank payable D.D. should be drawn in favour
of Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. Amount of E.M.D. will not be accepted by cheque
and such tender will be rejected.
9. Please mention the description of tender on envelope.
10. Undersigned reserves the right to accept OR reject any OR all tenders without
assigning any reasons.
