    In tender Documents, column number 3 (Qty) of table immediately after point

number 3 of Special terms and condition (Page No. 4) is remained blank, Now it

is updated as 20 nos. of guards.

                              Separate sealed tenders are invited from registered experienced Contractors for following works.

TENDER TERMS AND CONDITION: -

     1.    Tender fee is non refundable.

     2.    The tender copy downloaded by tenderer has also to pay tender fee on or

             before last date of issue / online submission of tender i.e. 06/03/2018  Up to 18.00 Hrs.

     3.    Last date of payment of EMD 06/03/2018 up to 18.00 hrs.

     4.    Last date of receipt of tender by RPAD only 08/03/2018 up to 15.00 hrs.

     5.    Date of opening of tender 09/03/2018 at 12.30 hrs. If possible.

     6.    Date of opening of tender 12/03/2018 at 12.30 hrs. If possible.

     7.    This office will not be responsible for postal delay on either way.

     8.    No tender will be considered without EMD Amount of EMD is to be paid either by cash

            of by A/c payee D.D of any schedule Bank payable  D.D. should be drawn in favour

            of Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. Amount of E.M.D. will not be accepted by cheque

            and such tender will be rejected.

     9.    Please mention the description of tender on envelope.

   10.   Undersigned reserves the right to accept OR reject any OR all tenders without

            assigning any reasons.
