                Separate sealed tenders are invited from registered experienced Contractors for following works.

TENDER TERMS AND CONDITION: -

     1.    Tender fee is non refundable.

     2.    The tender copy downloaded by tenderer has also to pay tender fee on or  before last date of issue

             of tender i.e. 05/08/2017  Up to 14.00 Hrs.

     3.    Last date of payment of EMD 05/08/2017up to 14.30 hrs.

     4.    Last date of receipt of tender by RPAD only 08/08/2017 up to 15.00 hrs.

     5.    Date of opening of tender 09/08/2017 at 17.00 hrs. If possible.

     6.    This office will not be responsible for postal delay on either way.

     7.    No tender will be considered without EMD Amount of EMD is to be paid

             either by cash of by A/c payee D.D of any schedule Bank payable 

            D.D. should be drawn in favour of Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd.

            Amount of E.M.D. will not be accepted by cheque   and such tender will be rejected.

     8.    Please mention the description of tender on envelope.

     9.    Undersigned reserves the right to accept OR reject any OR all tenders without   assigning any reasons.

   10.  GST Will be applicable as per Government rules.

2. Tender fee is non refundable.

3. Last date of online submission of tender is 05/08/2017 upto 18:00 hrs.

4. Submission of EMD, Tender fee and other physical documents during office hours on or before 08/08/2017

5. Date of opening of technical bid online is 09/08/2017 at 17.00 hrs. If possible.

6. Date of opening of price bid online is 11/08/2017 at 12.00 hrs. If possible.

7. GST Will be applicable as per Government rules.
