On line tender Submission Last Date 15/12/2009  is extended up to 23/12/09 up to 16.00 Hrs.

Ammendment : 02

Read clause No. 3.3 of Schedule-A as “vendor registration certificate is not applicable to this tender for purchase of LTDB SMC box.”

Read clause No.3.1 of technical specification as under :

“The minimum size of box from inside shall be for 200 Amp. 570X280X215 mm and thickness minimum 2mm & for 400 Amp 650X350X255 mm and thickness minimum 2mm”. Dimension shown in the drawing shall be also be revised accordingly.

Chief Engineer (P&P) invites On line Tenders for the following supplies. Tender Papers & Specifications may be down loaded from Web site https://ugvcl.nprocure.com (For view, down load and on line submission) and UGVCL web site www.ugvcl.com (For view & down load only). Tender fee may be paid along with submission of tender in EMD cover, for respective tender. “All the relevant documents of tenders to be submitted physically will be received only by Registered Post A.D. or Speed Post addressed to Chief Engineer, UTTAR GUJARAT VIJ COMPANY LTD., Corporate Office, Visnagar Road, Mehsana : 384 001 ( NG).  “NO COURIER SERVICE OR HAND DELIVERY” will be allowed.  The new firm, in respect of tender item must have vendor registration with the UGVCL/GUVNL Or their subsidiary companies prior to the date of opening of technical bid of the tender otherwise their bids will not be considered eligible for technical scrutiny and as such, their technical bids will not be opened.

IMPORTANT :

(a) All the relevant documents as per requirement of the Tender also to be submitted physically along with the Tender Fee, EMD cover  in sealed cover on OR before due date and time. All such documents should be strictly submitted by RPAD/speed post only. Otherwise the offer will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained.

(b)Any deviation found Data/Details/Documents between on line offer (e-tendering) and physically submitted documents (Tender document fee, EMD, Vender Registration, Technical and commercial documents etc.) of bidder, offer of the same bidder will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained.
