The date of opening of online tender is extended as under

Chief engineer (P&P) invites On line Tenders for the following supplies. Tender Papers & Specifications may be down loaded from Web site https://ugvcl.nprocure.com (For view, down load and on line submission) and UGVCL web site www.ugvcl.com (For view & down load only). Tender fee may be paid along with submission of tender in EMD cover, for respective tender. “All the relevant documents of tenders to be submitted physically will be received only by Registered Post A.D. or Speed Post addressed to Chief Engineer (P&P), UTTAR GUJARAT VIJ COMPANY LTD., Corporate Office, Visnagar Road, Mehsana : 384 001 ( NG). “NO COURIER SERVICE OR HAND DELIVERY” will be allowed. The new firm, in respect of tender item must have vendor registration with the UGVCL/GUVNL Or their subsidiary companies prior to the date of opening of technical bid of the tender otherwise their bids will not be considered eligible for technical scrutiny and as such, their technical bids will not be opened.

6	Relevant Documents Physically Submission date	Date: 07/12/2009 on OR before 16.00Hrs. (By registered post A.D.or speed post only) is extended upto 14/12/2009 up to 15.00Hrs
7	Date of opening of EMD COVER Documents & Verification with Physically submitted documents	Date: 08/12/2009 is extended upto 15/12/2009 up to 12.00Hrs.
8	Date of On Line Opening of Technical Bid	Date: 08/12/2009 is extended upto 15/12/2009 up to 12.30 Hrs.
9	Date of On line Opening of Price Bid (Tentative, if possible):	Date: 11/12/2009 is extended upto 19/12/2009 up to 15.00Hrs at 15.00Hrs.

All other terms and conditions of tender remain same.

IMPORTANT:

(a) All the relevant documents as per requirement of the Tender also to be submitted physically along with the Tender Fee, EMD cover in sealed cover on OR before due date & time . All such documents should be strictly submitted by RPAD/speed post only. Tender No., Item and date of opening must be specified by bidders on the top cover as well as all other covers of tender. Otherwise the offer will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained.

(b) Any deviation found Data/Details/Documents between on line offer (e-tendering) and physically submitted documents (Tender document fee, EMD, Vender Registration, Technical and commercial documents etc.) of bidder, offer of the same bidder will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained.
