Tender Notice No: UGVCL/ IT/94/2011 FOR Cartridge Refilling Work

Sealed tenders are invited showing price bid for “Refilling work of Cartridges for various type of Laser Printers” at Regd.Office,Mehsana.Tenderer can down load the tender documents from our Website www.ugvcl.com and submit the same as per instructions therein only by RPAD/Speed post.

1) Last date of submission of tender:(Price bids): 25.02.2011 (Only by RPAD /  Speed post) (During working Hrs. up to 14.00 Hrs.)

2) Due date of opening of Price bid 25.02.2011 (at 16.30 Hrs. if possible)

3) Validity of tender:  120 Days from the date of opening of Price Bid.

No tender shall be accepted / opened in case of receipt after due date and time of tender, irrespective of delay due to postal services or any other reasons and the UGVCL shall not assume any  responsibility for late receipt of tender.

The tenders are to be submitted by the intending bidders in single envelop with two separate sealed and super scribed envelopes as listed below:

Envelope No.1: Price bid and Pre Qualification bid data, detailed specification etc.                       

Envelope No.2: Tender fee and EMD receipt.

The Earnest Money Deposit and tender fee will be accepted by cash or Demand Draft on any Nationalized Bank payable at “MEHSANA”,& drawn in favor of “UTTAR GUJARAT VIJ COMPANY LIMITED”. Tender without EMD and tender fee shall be out rightly rejected. Two separate demand draft for Tender fee and EMD should be submitted with price bid.

The UGVCL reserves the rights to reject any or all tenders or accept any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
