Sealed Item rate tenders are invited by The Chief Engineer (operation), UGVCL, for Providing and Fixing Modular Furniture at second floor of registered & corporate office, Mehsana. Experienced contractor / agency who have experience of executing the modular furniture work of similar nature and magnitude successfully will be considered. The detail of the tender is as under:

3	Estimated Cost	Rs.15,00,000/-
4	Tender Fees Amount (Non-Refundable)	Rs. 1500/- ( Non refundable)
5	Earnest Money Deposit Amount	Rs. 15,000/-
6	Last date & time of receipt of tender by RPAD / Speed Post	17-04-08 up to 14.00 Hrs.
7	Date & time of Opening of Tech.Bid of tenders	At 16.00 Hrs. on 17-04-08
8	Time Limit of work	Two calendar months from the date of commencement of Work.
9	Security Deposit	5% of the contract value
10	Validity of acceptance of Tender	120 days from the date of opening of tender.

The tender fee & EMD will be accepted in Cash or by Demand Draft on any Nationalized Bank situated at Mehsana drawn in favour of "Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd".

The UGVCL reserves the right to offer other offices work to the contractor.

The UGVCL reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders or accept any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
