Annual Maintenance Contract of Computers & Peripherals
Additional Chief Engineer ( Civil & IT ) invites On line Tenders (e-tendering) for the following works. Tender Papers & Specifications may be down loaded from Web site https://ugvcl.nprocure.com (For view, down load and on line submission) and UGVCL web site www.ugvcl.com (For view & down load only). Tender fee may be paid along with submission of tender and its receipt to be kept in the cover containing EMD, for respective tender. “All the relevant documents of tenders to be submitted physically” will be received only by Registered Post A.D. or Speed Post addressed to Addl. Chief Engineer (Civil & IT ), UTTAR GUJARAT VIJ COMPANY LTD., Corporate Office, Visnagar Road, Mehsana : 384 001 ( NG). “NO COURIER SERVICE OR HAND DELIVERY” will be allowed. Tenders are invited in two bid system i.e. technical bid and price bid for “Annual Maintenance Contract of Computers & Peripherals” from experienced Contractors. who has executed work of similar nature successfully.

IMPORTANT :
All the relevant documents as per requirement of the Tender also to be submitted physically along with the money receipt / DD of Tender Fee, EMD in sealed cover on or before as mentioned in tender notice by registered post or speed post only. Otherwise the offer will not be considered and no further communication in the matter will be entertained. The envelope must with heading of “Tender Notice No : UGVCL / IT / 102 / 2011 For Annual Maintenance Contract of Computers & Peripherals”.
The Bidders are requested to submit price – bid (Schedule – B) on-line only and not to submit the price bid in physical form. This is mandatory. If price bid is submitted in physical form, same will not be considered for evaluation.
It is mandatory for all the bidders to submit their tender documents by both forms viz. on – line (e – tendering) and physically in schedule time. If tender documents submitted in only any one form, say either by on line or physically, in that case the same tender will not be considered.
Any deviation found in Data/Details/Documents between on-line offer (e-tendering) and physically submitted documents (Technical and Commercial etc.) of bidder, offer of the online submission for the same bidder will be considered and further communication in the matter will not be entertained.
Any technical questions, information & clarification that may be required pertaining to this inquiry should be referred to Addl. Chief Engineer ( Civil & IT ) ,Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. Regd. & Corporate Office , Visnagar Road Mehsana -384001. For any query or correspondence please quote RFQ Number.
The technical bid shall be opened on-line at date and time mentioned in the tender notice, if possible. Technical and pre qualification bid details specification will be opened first and subject to evaluation based on the qualification criteria contained in the individual bid document. Price bids of bidders who are assessed and declared as substantially technically responsive on evaluation of the technical bid will be opened for commercial evaluation.
The Earnest Money Deposit and tender fee will be accepted by cash at registered and corporate office, UGVCL, Mehsana or Demand Draft of any Scheduled Bank payable at “MEHSANA” & drawn in favour of “UTTAR GUJARAT VIJ COMPANY LIMITED”. Tender without EMD and tender fee shall be outright rejected. Two separate demand drafts for Tender fee and EMD should be submitted with technical bid.
The UGVCL reserves the rights to reject any or all tenders or accept any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

The bid which is not opened due to any reason/s in that case the same will not be returned to the bidder in any case / circumstances.
Main Envelop Must Contain two envelops as Following :
1. One envelop contenting :
The details and Documents of Tender Fee and EMD (two separate – DDs / cash receipts).
2. Second envelop contenting :
The details and documents of all the relevant documents as per requirement of the Tender.
List of Orders executed in last three years (including works executed in UGVCL) along with copies of satisfactory completion certificate obtained from respective department.
List of works tendered / in hand works along with copies of orders.
Service tax certificate.
Employee Provided Fund Certificate.
Solvency certificate @ 20 % of estimated cost (minimum).
Details of personnel.
In absence of any of the above, technical bid will not be opened / the opening of tender of the party will be at the discretion of the UGVCL.
DELAYED AND LATE TENDERS :
NO TENDER SHALL BE ACCEPTED / OPENED IN ANY CASE WHICH ARE RECEIVED AFTER DUE DATE AND TIME OF THE RECEIPT OF TENDER IRRESPECTIVE OF DELAYED DUE TO POSTAL SERVICE OR ANY OTHER REASONS AND UGVCL SHALL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LATE RECEIPT OF TENDER. ANY CORRESPONDANCE IN THIS MATTER WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
