Chief Engineer (Operation) invites tenders for the Annual contract for supply of cool drinking water treated with R.O. Plant for various sections of R&C Office, Circle office & Division office of UGVCL Mehsana campus. No physical bid will be issued. Tender Papers & Specifications may be directly down loaded by interested bidder from UGVCL web site www.ugvcl.com (To view & down load only). Tender fee may be paid along with submission of tender and its receipt to be kept in tender cover. All the relevant documents of tenders will be received only by Registered Post A.D. or Speed Post addressed to Chief Engineer (Operation), Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited, Corporate Office, Visnagar Road, Mehsana : 384 001 (NG).  “NO COURIER SERVICE OR HAND DELIVERY” will be allowed.

The UGVCL reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders or accept any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

IMPORTANT:

(a) Document for Tender Fee & EMD paid shall be submitted with filled in tender .The tender received without EMD/Tender fee shall not be considered. Accordingly offer of only those bidders shall be considering who have paid Tender fee and EMD and submitted required documents.

(b) The duly signed & sealed tenders are to be submitted by the intending bidders in single envelop with two separate sealed and super scribed envelopes as listed below:

 

Envelope No.1: Technical bid.

Envelope No.2: Price Bid.

 

Any technical questions, information & clarification that may be required pertaining to this inquiry should be referred  to Chief Engineer (OP) ,Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited, Regd. & Corporate Office, Visnagar Road Mehsana -384001

 

No tender shall be accepted / opened in case of receipt after due date and time of tender, irrespective of delay due to postal services or any other reasons and the UGVCL shall not assume any responsibility for late receipt of tender.

 

UGVCL reserves the right to reject any OR all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

Details & documents of tender fee.

Details and document as per terms and conditions of the tender for EMD requirement.

2.3

Valid SSI/NSIC certificate if any.

Orders/Certificates of supply of potable drinking water during last five years.

2.5

The orders on hand in quantity with delivery schedule.

2.6

Partnership Deed or Article of Association or declaration of proprietorship of bidder.
