Tender Notice No: UGVCL/SP/IV/823/ Hiring of Vehicles
Ř All interested Bidders are here by informed that this tender is floated for hiring of three vehicles (Model TATA Indica-Vista OR equivalent Diesel car with AC) for R&C office, with a minimum KM per month per vehicle as 4000 Km. All the tender documents are uploaded in accordance to tender requirement of 4000 Km/month/vehicle. However, at one point in the price Bid, through oversight, Minimum Km /month is displayed as 3000 Km which may be ignored.
Ř In view of the same, all participating bidders are hereby requested to quote their minimum fixed charge considering the tender requirement of 4000KM per month per vehicle. The quoted rate of participating bidders against this tender shall be considered for 4000 Km per month per vehicle.
Ř Those bidders who have already submitted their online rate, are requested to update their quoted prices in accordance to the above clarifications of tender requirement of 4000Km / month/vehicle.
Ř All participating bidder shall have to submit this Ammendment-1 dully signed, along with their technical bids for confirmation and acceptance of this clarification.

Deamnd Draft will be drawn in the name of Uttar Gujarat Vij Co. Limited of Nationalized
Bank payable at Mehsana. Cheque will not be accepted.
4) Receipt No. of EMD paid should be clearly indicated on envelop contain in filled tender.
5) Bidder has to submit GST registration certificate of firm along with the bid.
