Sealed tender are invited for courier service for dispatch of posts and parcels of Regd., & Corporate Office, Mehsana.

Tender should be submitted by Registered A.D. or by Speed Post only super scribing Tender cover by “Tender No. UGVCL/SP/IV/777/Courier Service” addressed to Chief Engineer (P&P), UGVCL, Registered and Corporate Office, Visnagar Road , Mehsana-384001.

Ø  Tender through Courier Service will not be allowed.

Ø  Hand Delivery is not acceptable.

Ø  The tender document should be received by this office, latest by 15:00 Hrs. of Date 03.10.2017.

No tender shall be accepted/opened in any case received  after due date and time of receipt of tender irrespective of delay due to postal services  or any other reason and that the UGVCL shall not take any responsibility for late receipt of the tender.

Important:

 

1)        Tender shall be submitted as per following three (3) covers.

 

Ø  Cover No.1 (Tender Fee & EMD):

Original money receipt /D.D. for payment of Tender fee & EMD Demand Draft/B.G. must be placed in this cover.

Tender fee (non-refundable) will be accepted by cash (at UGVCL Corporate Office, Visnagar Road, Mehsana cash counter)/Demand Draft drawn on any Scheduled/Nationalized Bank situated at Mehsana. Drawn in favor of “Uttar Gujarat Vij Co.Ltd.” (Cheque will not be accepted). In absence of above price bid will not be opened and offer is liable for rejection.

The cover super scribing “Tender Fee & EMD” along with requisite documents as mentioned in the EMD condition shall be enclosed in this cover no.1.

 

Ø  Cover No.2 (Technical Bid):

All tender documents must be submitted with sealed & signed along with GST Number Registered certificate & relevant documents of tender (i.e. condition no.4 of Schedule-B) in this cover.

The cover super scribing “Technical Bid” along with requisite documents as mentioned in Schedule-B shall be enclosed in this cover no.2.

 

Ø  Cover No.3 (Price Bid):

The Price Bid must be submitted strictly as per Schedule-“A” and shall be submitted in the separate envelope (duly sealed) super scribing “Price Bid-Schedule-“A”  for tender UGVCL/SP/IV/777/Courier Service.

 

All above three (3) covers must be submitted in single cover by Registered A.D. or by Speed Post only super scribing Tender cover by “Tender No.UGVCL/SP/IV/777/Courier Service” addressed to Chief Engineer (P&P), UGVCL, Registered and Corporate Office, Visnagar Road , Mehsana-384001.

 

2)     Price must be filled with GST. Applicable GST rate filled separately.

 

3)     Penalty shall be @ Rs.10.00/- per post per day thereof on late delivery. As per condition no.19 of Schedule-B 

        Due consideration will be given for waiver/ levy of penalty only for the reasons      

      absolutely beyond suppliers’ control for which documentary evidence will have  

      to be provided.

 

4)    Rejection of Price of one item or all items without giving any reason shall be a

 absolute right of UGVCL.

 

5)   Conditionally tender shall not be accepted.

 

6)   The offers will have to be kept valid for a period of120 days from the date of

Opening of technical bids.

 

7)   Agreement shall be executed at their own expense with payment of security deposit.

8)   Any Legal issue shall be under jurisdiction of Mehsana city.

 

Please note that the required documents should be invariably submitted with tender copy duly signed & sealed and tender without documents is liable to be ignored.

 

UGVCL reserves the right to reject any OR all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
