14.0     RATE HTP-III:

This tariff shall be applicable to a consumer taking supply of electricity at high voltage, contracting for not less than 100 kVA for temporary period.  A consumer not taking supply on regular basis under a proper agreement shall be deemed to be taking supply for temporary period.

 

14.1     Demand Charges:

For billing demand upto contract demand

For billing demand in excess of contract demand

Rs.550/- per kVA per month
