Superintending Engineer, UGVCL, CIRCLE Office, PALANPUR, Dist. BANASKHANTHA invites on line Tenders for the following work. Tender Papers & specifications May be down loaded from web site http://ugvcl.nprocure.com (For view, down load and on line submission) and UGVCL web site www.ugvcl.com (for view & down load only). Tender fee may be paid along with submission of tender in EMD cover, for respective tender. All the relevant documents of tenders to be submitted physically will be received only by Register post A.D. Or speed post addressed to, Executive Engineer UGVCL Division Office Radhanpur Dist: Patan- -385340 . (No currier service or hand delivery will be allowed).

TENDER TERMS AND CONDITION:
1. Tender fee is nonrefundable.
2. The tender copy downloaded by renderer has also to pay tender fee & EMD on or before Date: 03-03-18 up To 15.00 hours. & last date of on line submission of tender i.e. DT: 03-03-18 up to 18.00 Hrs.
3. Last date of receipt of physically submission of tender by RPAD / speed post only DT : 05-03-18 up to 15.00 hrs.
4. Date of opening of on line tender (technical & Price bid) Date: 06-03-18 at 15.00 hrs. If possible.
5. This office will not be responsible for postal delay on either way.
6. No tender will be considered without EMD Amount of EMD is to be paid either by cash of by A/c payee D.D of any schedule Bank payable D.D. should be drawn in favour of Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. Amount of E.M.D. will not be accepted by cheque and such tender will be rejected.
7. Please mention the description of tender on envelope.
8. Undersigned reserves the right to accept OR reject any OR all tenders without assigning any reasons.
9. Copy of Proof of Supply/Works Experience and PAN No. must be attached with Tender Copy.
IMPORTANT:
(a) All the relevant documents as per requirement of the Tender also to be submitted physically along with the Tender Fee, EMD cover in sealed cover on OR before due date and time. All such documents should be strictly submitted by RPAD/speed post only. Otherwise the offer will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained.
(b) Any deviation found in Data/Details/Documents between on line offer (e-tendering) and physically submitted documents (Tender document fee, EMD, Vender Registration, Technical and commercial documents etc.) of bidder, offer of the same bidder will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained.
Further bidders are requested to submit price bid (Schedule B) on-line only and not to submit the price bid in physical from. This is mandatory. If price bid submitted in physical from, same will not be opened and only on-line submitted price bid will be considered for evaluation.

UGVCL reserves the right to reject any OR all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
